1) Full payment is required at time of reservation.
2) We accept all major credit cards, including American express, and cash. No checks.
3) Party reservations are not refundable. Rescheduling requested more than 30 days before date of party or due to an emergency will be reviewed and granted on a case-by-case basis.
4) Three-hour rental includes set up and clean up. Party area must be clean and clear of decorations and trash when party guests leave.
5) We ask that you and your guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party as there will likely be another group in the party area.
6) Party packages do not include all-day wristbands. All party guests must leave the premises as soon as their party time slot is over.
7) No alcohol or open flame is allowed. Birthday candles are acceptable.
8) Bring your own food, drinks, and party decorations.
9) No Pinata is allowed for safety reasons.
10) For insurance purposes, all guests must have a waiver
completed and signed by a parent/guardian. For your convenience, siblings may be included on the same waiver

11) Parents are required to supervise their own children.
12) In the interest of safety, any guest wearing a cast or other motion limiting medical device (splint, sling, or brace) will not be permitted to play on the inflatables.
13) No impromptu parties are permitted. No cake, party favors or any other party material is allowed without a party reservation.
